Student Sales Rep/KA Manager/APM

Jai started in the Program for Excellence in Selling at SEI as a Student Sales Rep learning basics like CRM, personal branding, and quota management. She even served as a consultant for a local nonprofit, Hope Village. As a Key Account Manager she carried a 6 figure team quota and learned strategic account management. Finally, she served on staff as the Marketing Assistant Program Manager supporting institute-wide marketing efforts and the sales management class.

3M/SEI Non-Profit Intern

In the summer of 2020, Jai collaborated with a team of 5 to serve as a sales & marketing consultant for Kids Meals Inc., a Houston nonprofit impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic proposing strategies to generate over $2000 in annual revenue in addition to establishing the organization’s first ever collegiate chapter at the University of Houston.

Marketing Intern

Working as one of the first interns for this local small business, Jai helped establish foundational marketing efforts for the business. The business saw a 140% increase in following during her time managing the store’s LinkedIn platform. Additionally, Jai designed the first ever internship program and employee onboarding process for the business.

Founding President, Kids Meals at UH

After spending the summer of 2020 on the 3M/SEI consulting team, Jai helped establish the first ever collegiate chapter of Kids Meals at the University of Houston campus to aid awareness and engagement from a younger demographic for the parent organization.


Leadership Chair, PES Student Executive Board

The Student Executive Board in the sales program served as a liaison between inductees and students of the program. In this role, Jai interviewed and selected a group of 14 leaders that would serves as coaches for inductees into the program. Jai lead the team and class to 100+% quota achievement by the end of her time in the role.


Secretary, UH Roarin’ Raas

Managing the University of Houston’s primmer Raas/Garba team allowed Jai to experience team management, athletic compliance, and logistics for the nationally competitive team.
